This chocolate expert’s fondest chocolate memories as a kid was going to Confiserie Sprüngli on the Bahnhofstrasse in Switzerland and NYC’s Li-Lac Chocolates on Christopher Street. Now he gets to feed his chocolate habit, at least 10 a day, from his very own creations in his store.
